Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to dispose the petitioner's application No.O.Mu.384/2017/A6 pending with the 1st respondent and wrongly converted patta to survey Nos.7/22 and 7/63 and issue the patta in my favour as per land assignments in respect of property in survey nos.7/1-62, 7/63-63, 7/1-64 and 7/1-65 situated at Rajendhrapuram, Kayakkadu Village, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudhukottai District. ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to dispose of his application in No.O.Mu.384/2017/A6, within a stipulated time limit.
2. Alleging that without issuing any notice, the second respondent has surveyed and wrongly marked the boundaries in respect of the petitioner's subject mentioned property, he submitted a representation, which was taken on file in No.O.Mu.384/2017/A6, before the first respondent and the same is kept pending, without any action and hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the authorities are inclined to pass orders, on the application of the petitioner, within a stipulated time limit. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Heard both sides.
5. Under such circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's application in No.O.Mu.384/2017/A6, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all the other interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
