Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 30.06.2016 and direct the respondent to issue the deposit amount which was deposited by the petitioner in the name and style of M/s.Balaji Construction for the public work for the period of 2010 to 2013.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 30.06.2016 and to direct the respondent to issue the deposit amount, which was deposited by the petitioner in the name and style of M/s.Balaji Construction, for the work done by the petitioner between the period 2010 and 2013. 4.According to the petitioner, he is a class-I Contractor and for the work done by him, huge amounts are due from the Government. For that, he made a representation before the respondent on 30.06.2016. But, the respondent did not take any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

steps, till date to consider his representation. Hence, he filed the present Writ Petition.

In the above circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.06.2016 and pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to all the parties concerned, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
