PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 61/Pa.Na.Kaa/Va/2024 dated 29.06.2024 and quash the same as without devoid of merits and consequently direct the respondents to grant permission for the agitation against the government and police officials, based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.06.2024 and give permission to contest the 1/4
protest on 20th or 21st of July 2024.
