ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. T.Ramasamy, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. M.Sakthi Kumar Government Advocate (Crl.), Government Advocate for the respondents No.1 and 2, this Court made the following order: This petition is filed seeking extension of time to surrender before the lower court and to furnish the sureties as per the order dated 21.06.2024 passed in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.8669 of 2024.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to surrender before the lower Court and furnish the sureties.
