This petition has been filed, seeking to forbear the 1st respondent from interfering in the civil dispute in O.S.No.5 of 2017 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Madurai in respect of the property comprised in Door No.338-B, 80 Feet Road, HIG Colony, Anna Nagar, Madurai-20 wherein the petitioner is carrying on the business under the name and style "Sri Krishna Cafe" on the basis of the complaint lodged by the respondents 2 and 3.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for R1. Mr.A.Kathirvel, Inspector of Police, Anna Nagar Police Station, Madurai is present. On instructions, learned Additional Government https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Pleader submitted that on the complaint given by R2, petition enquiry has been conducted and during enquiry, it came to light that Civil Suit in O.S.No.5 of 2017 before the Principal District Munsif Court, Madurai is pending between the parties in respect of the property in question. Therefore, the complaint given by R2 has been closed advising both the parties to take recourse to civil remedy.
