ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for Respondents-1 to 4.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to delete the entries made by him in S.No.67/2 in T.Keelaiyoor Village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkottai District, based on the order of the 3rd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent, dated 06.07.2016 in proceedings No.3303/2014 and to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the Revision No.7378 of 2016, within a stipulated time.

4. The petitioner said to have filed a revision before the second respondent against the order passed by the third respondent, dated 06.07.2016 and the same is pending.

5. In the above circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner in Revision No.7378 of 2016 on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to all the parties concerned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
