ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent no.1 and 2 to withdraw the case in Crime Number 343 of 2020 on the file of Respondent No.4 and entrust the same to some other police officer for completion of investigation and file charge sheet in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13305 of 2020 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the fourth respondent police conducted investigation and the same was closed as 'mistake of fact' and also filed referred charge sheet on 11.04.2021.

3.Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file protest petition, if so advised.
