The learned counsel for the respondent submits that as against the common order passed by this Court in similar matters, the respondent has filed a writ appeal before the Honourable Division Bench of this Court and the Honourable Division bench of this court has seized of the matter and granted interim stay.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that insofar the W.P.(MD) Nos.7964, 7979 ,7980, 7956, 7958, 7112, 7968, 7113, 7960, 7984, 7111, 7971, 7962, 7961 and 7974 of 2024 dated 25.04.2024 and W.P(MD).No.14708 of 2024 dated 23.07.2024 are concerned, the respondent has not filed any appeal.

4. The learned counsel for the respondent seeks short accommodation to file an appeal.
