RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition to appear before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 A.M. imposed upon the Petitioners in Crl.OP. (MD).No.11082 of 2021 dt.23.8.2021.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VIKRAM S, Advocate for the petitioners and M/S.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11082 of 2021, dated 23.08.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 26.08.2021, without fail.
