ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the respondents 4 and 5 is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner wants the patta granted in respect of the private respondents to be cancelled. He had filed an appeal before the second respondent. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or other. The second respondent will put the respondents 4 and 5 on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
