This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.05.2016, in which he has sought for repair and restoration of free electricity connection in Survey No.547/2D vide service No.46 (SC 528) in punjai land of Kattathur Village, Thuraiyur Taluk, Trichy District.

takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage. 3.It is agreeable for the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

4.It is not known under what circumstances, the representations are kept pending without any orders being passed. It is not in dispute that it is only the respondents who are the competent authorities to consider the representation. 5.Therefore, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.05.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the dare of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
