This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District in Crl.M.P.No.2836 of 2023 dated 16.06.2023.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the inquiry has already been completed as per the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttra Pradesh and others in Writ Petition (Criminal).No.68 of 2008 and proper closure report has also been filed before the concerned Court.
