Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BHARATHI S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10071 of 2021 dated 05.08.2021, for producing sureties.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was suffering from viral fever from 04.08.2021 to 06.09.2021. Therefore, he could not arrange sureties in time. Hence, extension of time may be granted for producing sureties.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and the time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the petitioners to comply with the order dated 05.08.2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10071 of 2021.
