: Respondents PRAYER : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuing a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 07.03.2018, in the light of the order passed by the first respondent, dated 18.11.2016.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 07.03.2018, in the light of the order passed by the first respondent, dated 18.11.2016.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that his probation was declared giving the relaxation under G.O., dated 20.02.2013, fixing the date of probation as 27.01.2012 but, the petitioner's name was not included in the 2012 year panel, instead of, included only in 2013 year panel. The further grievance of the petitioner is that, he has made a representation to the second respondent and the same was rejected, and hence, he has filed an appeal before the first respondent and the same was allowed on 18.11.2016. But, the second respondent has not carried out the order of the first respondent and not considered the petitioner's representation, dated 07.03.2018. Again, on 27.12.2018 and 08.04.2019, the petitioner has made https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD) No.16664 of 2019 representation to the first respondent, and on 25.06.2019, the first respondent again directed the second respondent to send the particulars of the 2012 year panel, but, the second respondent has not obeyed the order of the first respondent. Therefore, the instant writ petition is filed before this Court.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be considered on merits, within a specified time that may be fixed by this Court.
4. Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case, direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 08.04.2019 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of Eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
