This Writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 30.04.2016, regarding the disbursement of balance amount of DCRG of Rs.1,69,451/- and Duty Salary of Rs.3,58,618/-. 2.Heard Mr.S.Visvalingam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.According to the petitioner, the petitioner was allowed to retire as Senior Clerk during the year 2009. This fact is not in dispute. As the retiral benefits was not paid, he has sent a representation dated 30.04.2016 to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies seeking disbursement of balance amount of DCRG as well as duty salary.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that it is the duty of the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and to pass orders. 5.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.04.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
