To call for records and set aside the Judgment dated 07.01.2021 passed in S.C.No. 32 of 2019 on the file of the Learned Session Judge (Special Court for Trial of POCSO Act Cases), Thanjavur. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.V.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.RMS.SETHURAMAN Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2419 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.146 of 2021, dated 26.03.2021.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2419 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.146 of 2021, dated 26.03.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.7179 of 2021 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has strongly opposed to relax the condition. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.2419 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.146 of 2021, dated 26.03.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
