O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Trichy, to dispose of C.C.No.1011 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible by fixing the specific time frame. 1/4

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing in the last occasion, it was reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that C.C.No.1011 of 2019 could not be disposed of as warrants were pending against the first respondent and thereby, enquiry could be not proceeded with by the learned Magistrate. However, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that respondent No.1 / Accused appeared before the Court and got the warrants pending against him were recalled and the matter is posted to 10.08.2023.

4. Considering the circumstances, the trial Court is directed to proceed with the trial and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible not later than four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. 25.07.2023 NCC:yes/no Index:yes/no Internet:yes/no tsg 2/4
