The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to initiate to prefer police complaint regarding forgery signature found in the vakalat dated 30.08.2011 said to have been signed by the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 01.07.2016. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Baalasundharam, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice to issue a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.07.2016.

4.Considering the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.07.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
