O R D E R This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to comply with the order in Crl.M.P.No.2205 of 2023 dated 20.04.2023 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram, and consequently register the complaint dated 02.02.2021.

2. The second respondent Police is present before this Court and stated that request has been made to the Bank for furnishing the account details of the petitioner as well as the counter party and so he seeks one month time to complete the investigation and file Final Report.

3. Recording the submission made by the second respondent, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file Final Report within a month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
