ORDER
The prayer in the writ petition is to re-measure the route of the minibus bearing registration number TN-94-D-9590 of the petitioner in the light of the recommendation made by the 2nd respondent dated 04.11.2025 and the consequential recommendation made by the 1st respondent on 24.11.2025 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.11.2025.
2.When the matter came up for hearing, without going into the merits of the case, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent would submit that they will duly consider the recommendation dated 04.11.2025 and 24.11.2025 and further orders in accordance with law will be passed by the first respondent.
3.In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of by recording the same and by further directing the exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt or other web copy of the order without waiting for the certified copy of the order.
