Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned suspension order vide in Ku.No. Vu.Se.Po/Pagir/Thi.Vanam/Va.Aa/Ko. Marai/A.No.012/2023 dated 07.06.2023 issued by the third respondent and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents herein to reinstate the petitioner by revoking his suspension order dated 07.06.2023.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is a TANGEDCO employee. He has been suspended by the impugned order on 07.06.2023.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents informed the Court that the suspension order has since been revoked. However, the order copy is yet to be served. Directing the respondents to serve the revocation order to the petitioner, this 2/4

writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
