For Respondent : Mr.R.Erottuchamy, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Section 438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.2519 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 21(4) of Mines and Minerals Development and Regulation Act, 1957, in Crime No.2519 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner said to have illegally transported 237 units of gravel sand. Hence, a case has been registered.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that there are three previous cases pending as against the petitioner.

CRL OP(MD). No.13285 of 2020 5.In view of the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.13334 of 2020 etc., batch, dated 03.09.2020 by the Principal Bench of this Court at Madras, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
