[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent. 2.

The learned Standing appearing on behalf of the respondent has produced an order dated 21.09.2016 made in T.N.E.C.R.No.8 of 2016 in and by which Mr.T.R.Stanly Mullar has been removed from the rolls of the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry with immediate effect.

At this juncture, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the said communication dated 21.09.2016 has not been put on notice to the Bar Association concerned, to which, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that necessary steps will be taken to communicate the said decision taken by the Committee to the authority concerned shortly.

In the light of the said development, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition and therefore, this Writ Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent to communicate the decision taken by the Committee, dated 21.09.2016, to the Bar Association concerned as well as to other authorities and also to Mr.T.K.Stanly Muller, as expeditiously as possible. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
