ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to issue call letter for interview to the petitioner, on the basis of the marks secured in the Screening Test for Lab Assistant as per the merit list, dated 21.03.2017 and appoint her as Lab Assistant.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that pursuant to the direction of this Court, the petitioner was called for interview and also attended the certificate verification and after everything, somebody got appointment and the same is under challenge in another Writ Petition.

this writ petition and hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
