PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to issue a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.7 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent to the third respondent or some other investigating agency. O RDER This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.7 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent to the third respondent or some other investigating agency.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a defacto complainant. He would further submit that the accused persons collected huge amount from the respective victims by giving false promise to secure job in the Government. Hence, the petitioner made a complaint to the respondent Police. But the respondent Police did not conduct investigation in a proper manner. Therefore, the petitioner filed this petition to transfer the investigation from the second respondent to the third respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the investigation in this case has been completed and charige is made ready and the charge sheet will be filed before the concerned Court within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to file a charge sheet before the concerned Court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
