Common Prayer :- Writ Petitions, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Certioarari, calling for the records relating to the impugned charge memo issued by the respondent in PR Nos.35 of 2022 and 36 of 2022 dated 28.06.2022 and quash the same as illegal.

'Extension of time for 'Lower Court' and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 20.11.2024 and the requisition submitted by the Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Tenkasi in D.No.894/2025 dated 12.08.2025 seeking further to grant six months time to dispose of the case in S.C.No.195 of 2011 this Court made the following Order:
'This Court by its order dated 20.11.2024 passed in W.P.(MD)Nos. 16531 & 17261 of 2022 directed the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tenkasi to conclude the trial on a day to day basis and dispose of the case within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order dated 20.11.2024.
2. Now, a request has been made by the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Tenkasi to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court on 12.08.2025 seeking further extension of a period of 6 months for disposing of S.C.No.195 of 2011.
3. The learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Tenkasi has given reasons in his communication to the Registrar (Judicial) for seeking extension of time. This Court is satisfied with the said reasons and hence this Court will have to grant extension as requested by the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track 2/4
Court, Tenkasi.
4. Accordingly, this Court grants further period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Tenkasi to dispose of S.C.No.195 of 2011.'
