ORDER

The plaintiff filed an application seeking interim injunction. The same was dismissed by the Court below. Questioning the same, this Civil Revision Petition has been filed. This Court is of the view that the petitioner herein ought to have availed the appeal remedy. Instead moving this court directly under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is not appropriate. Hence reserving the right of the revision petitioner to move the first appellate Court, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No Costs. The Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the fair and decreetal order enclosed by the revision petitioner along with this Civil Revision Petition on substituting the same with the photocopy.
