O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to expedite the investigation in Crime No.184 of 2018 and file a final report.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a F.I.R. has been registered in Crime No.184 of 2018 for the offence under Section 420 of I.P.C., on 15.07.2018. But so far no investigation has been conducted.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that now the investigation is in progress and they will file a final report within a period of two months.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.184 of 2018 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
