Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondent.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner said to have filed an application before the respondent for granting patta in respect of his property. Since he was advised to apply through on-line, he made an application through on-line on 12.03.2016. Since, there was no response, he made a representation on 15.04.2016. Even then, the respondent is not passing any orders. Hence, she filed this Writ Petition.

4. In the above circumstances, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's on-line application, dated 12.03.2016 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to all the parties concerned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
