Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13323 of 2020 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondent, on instructions, would submit that the second respondent police has completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet on 23.03.2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kuzhithurai. 3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
