ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8957 of 2025 dated 22.05.2025.
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners went to Malaysia on 28.05.2025 for their business purpose and they had returned to India only on 04.06.2025. For the said reason only, they are unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8957 of 2025 dated 22.05.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent 2/4
has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of two weeks is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
