This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to respondents to conduct enquiry and to register the case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.06.2022 2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted the petitioner gave complaint and it was taken on file in CSR No.298 of 2021 on 15.08.2021 and it is under enquiry.

4.In view of the above, the second respondent police is directed consider the representation of petitioner dated 08.06.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
