PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD). No. 5991 of 2025 in Crl.O.P(MD). No. 3949 of 2025 dated 29.04.2025 that the petitioner shall report of the Learned of the Special Court of Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD). No. 5991 of 2025 in Crl.O.P(MD). No. 3949 of 2025 dated 29.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court, in Crl.M.P.(MD). No. 5991 of 2025 in Crl.O.P(MD). No. 3949 of 2025 dated 29.04.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on hearing dates.
