*********** [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks removal of the encroachment allegedly made by the fifth respondent herein in Survey No.842, at Gosugundu Village, Sattur, Virudhunagar District. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent produced a copy of the order issued in his favour in respect of Survey No.842/9. If the fifth respondent is occupying any public land in excess of what has been assigned in his favour, it is open to the third respondent to take appropriate action in accordance with law. 3.With this observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
