ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to complete the enquiry and initiate necessary action on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 11.08.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, enquiry was undertaken in C.P.No.13150 of 2021 dated 09.09.2021 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that it is a civil dispute relating to the business transaction between the parties and therefore, it is closed. 3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by conducting enquiry, nothing survives for further https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
