[Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY.,J.] The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition as a''Public Interest Litigation'' to issue a Writ of mandamus, directing the respondents not to shift the TASMAC from 62/2 Plot No.499, State Highway Road, S.Pudur, Thiruvidaimaruthur Taluk, Thanjavur District on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 24.08.2021. 2.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.H.Arumugam, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 submitted that as of today, the respondents 1 and 3 have no proposal to shift the TASMAC shop from 62/2, Plot No.499, as alleged by the petitioner. Further, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 produced a communication, dated 28.10.2021, from the third respondent to that effect. 3.Mrs.S.Prabha, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 3, the Writ Petition may be closed.

4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Counsels appearing on either side, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
