Respondents/Respondents Prayer :- This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned notice dated 28.06.2024 in Na.Ka.No.133/2021/A1 issued by the third respondent and quash the same ORDER:- This Writ Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit and earlier order of this court and letter received by the Principal District Judge, Madurai in D.No.966 dated 01.02.2025 forwarded by the Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam, seeking further two and half months time to dispose the case, this Court made the following order: "This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned Principal District Judge, Madurai, in D.No.966, dated 01.02.2025.

It is seen from the records, while disposing the present writ petition, this Court by an order dated 12.07.2024, directed the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.398 of 2017, within a period of three months. However, the learned Subordinate Judge has sent a communication dated 29.01.2025, detailing the sequence of proceedings in O.S.No.398 of 2017 and sought time for a further period 2/4

of two and half months to dispose the said case. 3.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant two and half months time to dispose the suit in O.S.No.398 of 2017, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
