Prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records connected with the order in Na.Ka.No.170/2021/A6 dated 10.08.2021 passed by the 4th respondent and quash the same, consequently directing the respondents to run the TASMAC retail shop no.5422 in the same place at S.No.69/5B2C, Uththankudi village, Madurai City in accordance with law. 2.After some arguments, Mr.S.Malaikani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, wants to withdraw this writ petition. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
