Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Declaration, declaring that the plots in Survey Nos.782/1 to 782/6 was originally intended to be used for public purpose viz. Garden and Community Hall when H.S.D. Pattas was granted to 87 'AdiDravidars' by forming a layout and the said usage cannot be altered or diverted but should be followed in strict adherence of the layout in Old Survey No.693 measuring 2.79.5 Hectares and its corresponding new Survey Nos.693, 779, 780, 781, 782/1 to 782/6 in No.23, Melapanayur Village, Pudukottai District. The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file better Writ Petition with proper averments in the affidavit. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
