PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to grant necessary permission and give adequate police protection to conduct "Vadamadu Manjuvirattu" in Village namely Maruthu Pandiyar Nagar, Thirupathur Post, Thirupathur Taluk, Sivagangai District on 30.07.2019 subsequent to the temple festival of Arulmigu Sri Poomari Amman Kovil Temple situated in Village by considering the representation dated 13.07.2019.
