ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 herein not to interfere with the petitioner in continuing as Superintendant at the office of the 3rd respondent DEO in the light of the Government Letter issued by the Personnel and Administrative Reforms (S) Department in Letter (Ms). No. 92/S/09, dated 22.07.2009.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that by proceeding, dated 02.08.2019, the first respondent has passed an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

W.P(MD)No.16620 of 2019 order transferring the petitioner as Superintendent in Block Educational Office, Virudhunagar, Virudhunagar District and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
