ORDER
The petitioner, with a grivence that the stagnation increment has not been provided to him, submitted a representation on 05.05.2023 and also filed this writ petition.
2. When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank submits that the petitioner's representation has been duly considered and rejected, by a proceedings dated 01.12.2025.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent Bank, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Bank to furnish a copy of the proceedings dated 01.12.2025, to the petitioner, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law. The right of the respondent Bank to raise the plea of delay and laches is also reserved.
