This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2553 of 2023 before the Court of Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputtur on 24.05.2023 upon the petitioner.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent and also perused the materials available in the record. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the Court below is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
