This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the order dated 24.07.2019 passed by the second respondent and consequently to direct the respondents to give permission and adequate police protection for conducting Aadal Paadal Programme in Pursuance of the Arulmigu Sudalai Madaswami Temple, Nazareth, Eral Taluk, Thoothukudi District on 15.08.2019 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.07.2019.

The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct Adal Padal Programme on 15.08.2019 in the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on 22.07.2019 and the said request was rejected by the second respondent on the same day, without conducting any enquiry. Challenging the same, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the second respondent. On making such representation, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.
5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
