ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned order of the second respondent dated 23.03.2023 passed in proceedings Pa.Mu.A3/8017/2018 and quash the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 3.It is informed that as against the impugned order, the petitioner has already approached the District Revenue Officer, who is the statutory authority. Since the alternative remedy has already been availed by the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.
