This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to permit the petitioner to conduct the "Aadalum Padalum" Cultural Program during "Arulmigu Sree Mariamman Thirukovil", Mendipatti temple festival on 30.07.2019 from 7.00 p.m to 11.00 p.m.

2. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the respondents.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission to conduct the "Aadalum Padalum" Cultural Program during "Arulmigu Sree Mariamman Thirukovil", Mendipatti temple festival, on 30.07.2019 from 7.00 p.m to 11.00 p.m, the petitioner made a representation on 22.07.2019 to the respondents and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
