To set aside the judgment passed in Crl.A.No.93 of 2010 dated 20.04.2018 on the file of the Sessions Court, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil dismissing the appeal and confirming the order passed in STC No.1077 of 2009 dated 11.10.2010 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram and acquit the petitioner . Prayer in CRL RC(MD). 286/ 2018 :

To set aside the judgment passed in Crl.A.No.94 of 2010 dated 20.04.2018 on the file of the Sessions Court, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil dismissing the appeal and confirming the order passed in STC No.1078 of 2009 dated 11.10.2010 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram and acquit the petitioner . Prayer in CRL RC(MD). 287/ 2018 :

To set aside the judgment passed in Crl.A.No.92 of 2010 dated 20.04.2018 on the file of the Sessions Court, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil dismissing the appeal and confirming the order passed in STC No.1076 of 2009 dated 11.10.2010 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram and acquit the petitioner . Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARTHICK R J, Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions and of Mr.R.SAKTHIVEL, LEGAL AID COUNSEL on behalf of the 1st Respondent in all the petitions, the Court made the following order:- These criminal miscellaneous petitions have been filed to extent the time granted by this Court in Crl.R.C.(MD) Nos.284, 286 & 287 of 2018, dated 02.06.2023 to pay the cheque amount.

2.Heard both sides and perused the materials available in the record.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time to pay cheque amount is extended till 31.08.2023. The petitioner shall pay the cheque amount on or before 31.08.2023. 4.Accordingly, these criminal miscellaneous petitions are allowed.
