Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.
2. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3. The present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to renew the petitioner's License No.8/2008/TRY based on the petitioner's representations dated 30.05.2016 and 28.06.2016 and the recommendations of the 1st respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.3203/E/2016, dated 28.06.2016.

4.The petitioner is a licensed stamp vendor. Earlier his license was cancelled by the second respondent for a period of 3 months. The period is also over. Now, the petitioner's application for renewal of license is pending with the second respondent. The first respondent has already directed the second respondent to consider the said application. Even then the same was not yet considered. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.
5. In the above circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.05.2016 and pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to all the parties concerned, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
