ORDER

This Miscellaneous petition has been filed praying to condone the delay of 480 days in filing the criminal revision petition against the order dated 22.02.2017 passed in M.C.No.123 of 2017 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai.

2. This Court by an order dated 22.10.2018, directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of M.C.No.123 of 2013 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai on or before 21.10.2018. The said conditional order has not been complied with by the petitioner. Hence, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed. Consequently, Crl.R.C(MD)No. SR31778 of 2018 is rejected at the SR stage itself.
