Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to survey and fix the boundary of the Petitioner's land situated in Patta https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.5/94 and Survey No.236/11 at Karumichampatti Village, Thuvar Post, Tiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District based on Petitioner representations dated 01.03.2016 and 29.08.2016 within a time frame.

4.The petitioner filed an application dated 01.03.2016 for surveying her property to the second respondent. She also paid necessary fees. Subsequently, she also made a representation on 29.08.2016. Despite that the respondents have not yet surveyed the land. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

5. Taking into consideration the fact that the application of the petitioner is pending for a long time, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner, dated 01.03.2016 and conduct survey and fix the boundary of the petitioner's land as per revenue record, after issuing notice to all the parties concerned, and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
